MLB Trade Deadline 2013

On top of writing music I am an active pitcher and avid sports fan, reader, listener, and watcher… particularly ESPN Radio 98.7 FM NY and Pardon the Interruption. One of my many dreams is get my own radio show there and incorporate rapping about the sports news, with cameras filming for ESPN HD. My teams are the Yankees, Broncos, Knicks, Penguins. I hate the Red Sox, the Raiders, and despise the Nets. Here is my first Yankee Krayblog.

At the trade deadline, I think the Yankees needed to get another bat. Brian Cashman should have grown a pair and traded for someone else, like Michael Young or Justin Morneau. Why not make a blockbuster move and give fans more to talk about than biogenesis? It’s Mariano Rivera’s last year so i don’t care about your prospects for a legend. No prospect has really become a star since Cano since Joba and Hughes are sadly coming up short when this should be their prime. They could have been traded in a deal, but of course a deal wasn’t made.

Now all Yankee fans have to just root for A-Rod’s lawyers to get him off so he can win back the Bronx and prove every sports host wrong. He needed the power needles and hulk pills to be the home run king, which would immortalize him… but he’s still a damn Yankee and can (probably) pass a drug test now. If he passes, what greater story than winning the world series in Mariano’s last year when everyone has written you off?

You’re our favorite cheater A-Rod, and richest. Repeat 2009. 13 is the number on your jersey, now make it your year too. Help the Yankees catch the Red Sox if you’re not banned from showing up at the field. Jeter doesn’t want this to turn into a Kobe and Dwight situation if you know what I mean. How would you like getting traded back to Texas or Houston? Good luck finding clubs like New York down there.

Meanwhile Soriano, Jeter, and Pettite can pretend it’s 1999 and get us ring # 28. Go Yankees!

Ka Rikka Rant 1

Decided to use this website as a blog to track this journey to self-fulfillment. Here’s the first Ka Rikka Rant:

Ok so now it’s time for the darker, more relentless side to come out in the music a.k.a. Ka Rikka. After pitching on the mound today and throwing straight heat then hitting like a monster in BP, it occurred to me that all I wanna do is strike people out while using any God-given skill that can prove superiority/legitimacy with no room for debate. I just released this pop love song Juicy Pants (Like Summer Love still my fav pop one), so now I’m gonna do a polar opposite with the next song. 4 of my fav skills so far: throwing a baseball, writing/articulation, always knowing what women are thinking/their opinion of me (also a weakness), knowing how to piss people off when I want to. Hmmmmmm, ok I got it. Yes definitely. You will see this week on Tyga Remix 3.

My weaknesses: always knowing what women are thinking, being impulsive, can’t sleep at night, refusal to throw innocent under the bus for self-gain, absolutely suck at drinking/hard alcohol messes me up for days, can’t dance at all (good thing I can spit fire), only care about what female strangers think/literally don’t care if any guy hates me who I don’t know/respect, addiction to buying exotic animals, the need to always pursue a girl who’s a challenge (ever since 2nd grade), willingness to be going down with ship (also a strength), selflessness (could also be a strength, but it’s done more harm than good so far).

Strengths (other than my 4 favs): Self-awareness, being totally genuine/not fake, knowing my mistakes (#1 is throwing a show near Paterson, NJ for people from the rich 201), knowing what people want to listen to/what keeps their attention (mostly aimed directly for girl audience), relentless will to succeed, built-in six pack, people skills, public speaking, essay writing/bullshitting, keeping her wanting more/ability to satisfy like no other when sober, willingness to be going down with the ship/never quitting (this does not mean I won’t do a job outside of Word Up ’95, in early talks to work for CBS Sports/NFL and am getting Boiler’s License to be head custodian of school. Every other Word Up ’95 venture takes up the rest of my time).

Areas for improvement: I need a new wardrobe, anger management, gain like 10 pounds (on the way), learn how to get drunk without regretting it/or just don’t ever drink again, saving $ while still investing in career, making amends with people affected by my past mistakes, take more time to appreciate those who do believe in what I’m doing…which is definitely you now after reading this. ;)  That’s it for tonight. Word Up ’95 is here to prove that people will indeed flock to this idea, and profit can be made for whoever believes in it enough to lend their time. The long-term goal is to have one area where all the animals, music, and sports can be while also being totally portable with Ford Ranger pickups to tow whatever needed. Krayon Koz will continue to work hard for this goal while also expanding on the clothing line that is ‘Word Up ’95 Style’ available on the MERCH page. The long-awaited album ‘No Lawyers’ will drop in 2013 as well, and it is guaranteed to be something that changes pop, hip-hop, and music as we know it.

spoiler alert: Krayon got his ear for melodies by playing cornet since 1st grade, and will bring back this skill to the album ‘No Lawyers’ to push the limits of what is mainstream. Special guests and his resurrected use of harmonica that were used in both previous albums (The Krayon Project, Karikkulum) will appear as well, along with other surprises in both the videos and songs that cannot be written in words. Word Up ’95 could not be more excited for 2013!

Word Up 95 History

2011:

Word Up ’95 is born. After Krayon Koz works diligently for months in the studio, the full-length album ‘Karikkulum’ is released and distributed with over 4,000 copies handed out for free. KrayonKoz.com is launched, Word Up Rodeo has formed and the new studio building is in full blast. Krayon’s dream truck has been purchased in June of this year as he continues to work toward his goal of launching the full-time business in May of the following year.

2012: 

Word Up ’95 has evolved from being a simple idea of animals, sports, and music to something that its founder believes to be innovation that can appeal to the masses of all generations. After its founder Krayon Koz built a professional studio with full recording equipment, sold over 400 items of clothing with 2 lines of hoodies and shirts, released 2 albums, bought a brand new truck, purchased a batting cage, pigs, foxes, multiple purebred dogs, a bengal cat, and an undisclosed primate, it was under the impression of some people who didn’t personally know the business plan or its true motives that it was ‘out of the ordinary’, ‘unethical’, and then possibly  ‘insane’. Krayon’s response to this was “if you’re trying something new, they’ll be people talking shit. I’ve been running my mouth too but now you see me walking it.”

 

Something as undone as combining animals, music, and sports into one entertainment and lucrative business seemed to be a concept that some people weren’t okay with. As people who once helped Krayon in his mission to start the studio flaked out one by one, he finished building it with the help of hired construction workers, until it finally became what he considered to be his masterpiece. The business was ready to be fully running in May of 2012 until one day in March, the tides quickly turned for Word Up ’95, Word Up Rodeo, and Krayon Koz.

 

Throughout this whole time of people saying that he wasn’t doing things the right way, he was majoring in marketing at William Paterson University, working as a night custodian to pay for expenses, and playing baseball on the weekends to be the best pitcher he could possibly be, doing everything he loved in life. No one even mentioned that he did more than any of the people judging him, but it didn’t matter. Everything changed when a cult-like support group and an arrogant, uneducated fat doctor named Phillip Mango convinced the house’s owners to kick him out for pets that were already allowed there for over a year and a claim that he may occasionally taste blunts in the year of 2012, where it is legal in 2 states and society is starting to accept its place in our culture. The doctor acted like he knew everything about Krayon just because of his Ph.D and from hearing fabricated and flat-out untrue stories about him all in the line of creating drama and entertaining his sick and therapy-addicted patient, saying that it’d be in his ‘best interest’ to leave the house that he had built his business in.

 

Dr. Phillip Mango of NYC will soon be exposed for the sick fraud that he is, promoting therapy in which patients sit in his lap like a sick pervert, but that’s all the past now and more time and energy cannot be wasted on the imbeciles who think they’re better than the person who’s creating innovation all by himself. On the other hand, Dr. Mango is still practicing his ‘therapy’ in Manhattan and actually threatened Krayon by telling him that he’d send his ‘mafia friends to his house’ to take away the pets that he had for a year. He never returned his call when confronted for his sick practices, but once again, he somehow believes that he is a man of Jesus so his hypocrisy will soon catch up to him when he dies of diabetes from being 300 pounds. We’ll see how God judges him then for cheating on his wife with the same patient who called the police on Krayon when he was watching TV in his room by himself, doing absolutely nothing illegal and bothering no one.

 

To protect his name Dr. Mango told the unnamed teacher patient to make him sign a bill of disclosure and confidentiality in order for him not to be charged with trespassing. He signed it so he could leave court, but Krayon Koz is not intimidated by cowards who hide behind the law when he did nothing but do his own thing. Dr. Mango is a sick individual who had an affair with the patient, he threatened Krayon and convinced others to call the police on him to protect his own reputation. He thinks he is a police officer but he is really just a rent-a-cop, way too fat to be one of New York’s Finest. Dr. Mango and his unnamed patient can sue Krayon for exposing the truth on this website, but then he’ll just bring all the e-mails and audio recordings to court proving that neither one of them is component enough to hold a job in their profession… In fact, he dares them to (No Lawyers).

 

Dwelling on the past is never a good idea, but the truth had to be written. Jesus told his disciples that only he and his Father will decide who is worthy of his Kingdom, yet these ‘Catholics’ think they can judge and decide who is right and wrong when no one was being hurt or threatened ever (no lawyers). Understanding and compromise was never an option, just abandonment, and that is not right in any sense of the word. These people who affected the year 2012 for Krayon Koz will soon be a blip on the radar now that it is behind us. Word Up ’95 Style, Word Up Rodeo 4 Life. Go Broncos, Yankees, Knicks!

*The perspective of Krayon Koz’s 2012 will be erased and never brought up again when the people who tried to slow him down own up to what they did and apologize for breaking his rule (no lawyers) by UNNECESSARILY involving police. He in no way threatened anyone and to involve the police then take him to court without having a conversation with him was childish and immature, even if you’re in your 50s. Grudges can’t be held if the person never says sorry. WWJD? 🙂 … he’d probably say (No Lawyers).

 

-On December 21, 2012 Krayon released his mix tape ‘Doomsday Delight’ as a preview for the following year. He was not allowed home for Christmas and now has moved on from ever talking to those lowlifes again.

Why is it called Word Up ’95?

The name Word Up ’95 comes from the mouth of Big L in his epic 7-minute freestyle in 1995 with Jay-Z. While growing up, Krayon Koz would listen to this specific recording to find his flow, and would frequently repeat the phrase “Word Up ’95 style. I got my man Jay-Z here.” When it became clear just how great the year 1995 was for our culture, it became the name of his diversified business. Not only does he still play baseball and throw gas as a pitcher, Krayon Koz is a huge Yankees, Broncos, and Knicks fan. He also loves ’90s hip-hop, TV shows such as Hey Arnold and Boy Meets World, and would consider South Park the most intelligent depiction of the way the world works. South Park has been said to be his ‘religion’ as a hyperbole for what he thinks of the show. He is really a Catholic with a more open mind and less hypocritical approach than most practicing Christians. Here are all the reasons for why 1995 was significant to Krayon Koz.

In 1995:
-Trey Parker and Matt Stone released ‘The Spirit of Christmas, bringing the first appearance of the characters we know today as Eric, Stan, Kenny and Kyle and the birth of South Park.
-Derek Jeter came up from the  minors and the Yankees hired Joe Torre in November, which is what would begin their dynasty the following year.
-Hip  hop was at its peak and money was flowing for the United States. Big L, Tupac, and Biggie were all still alive.

How will Word Up ’95 be considered a legitimate business?

Word Up ’95 strives to be its own record label, baseball association, and global corporation that involves music production, fashion design, baseball clinics/leagues and the eventual creation of an all-friendly rodeo/zoo. It actively supports the ethical treatment of animals, but unlike PETA, Word Up ’95 does not judge others for eating meat and supports the  movement to ‘Keep Exotic Pets Legal’. Many of PETA’s members get on their high-horse and literally think they know what an animal wants, claiming that it is ‘cruel’ to keep certain animals in captivity such as primates or livestock. With first-hand experience raising exotic animals, we try to bring the point across that animals such as foxes and pigs not only make great pets, but that they enjoy their life in captivity  because they are raised with other friendly animals who don’t have to be the same species as them to get along.
